Subjects covered may include results from geolocator and other migration studies, breeding biology, population monitoring, rehabilitation, nest-boxing and attraction techniques, case studies of successful projects, and swifts in the arts.  

Cambridge is an attractive historical city, accessible from all major airports and east coast ports. It has a wide range of accommodation available and a proliferation of bars and restaurants. Parkside Community College is near the centre of the city

Although the emphasis will be on the Common Swift Apus apus, the organisers are also keen to receive offers of presentations on any aspect of other species of swift.
